Our industrial and warehouse valuation expertise covers all of the UK and Europe, with a particular focus on property inspections, due diligence and market enquiries. We have over 400 RICS Registered Valuers at our disposal, all of whom having considerable experience and expertise to call on for each new instruction, whether on behalf of a bank, pension fund, developer or mezzanine finance lender.

As part of our valuation services offering, we are able to provide Mortgage Lending Valuations (MLV) which is a key element of valuing real estate required by two groups of banks:
- German Pfandbrief banks wanting to include real estate secured loans in the cover pool of a Mortgage Pfandbrief 
- Other banks seeking a privileged status for capital backing for real estate secured loans
