Real I.S. AG has signed a new lease agreement with Santen in the Alpha Tower office building in Amsterdam.
The agreement compises approximately 895 sq m of office space on the 18th floor and eight parking spaces.
Tenant Santen Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. is a specialized pharmaceutical company in the ophthalmic field.
