He joined Savills in December 2021 and established the Design & Build department, which supports clients at every stage of their real estate projects: feasibility studies, design, tendering, works supervision and handover. Notable projects delivered under his leadership include the fit-out of Jetfly Aviation's offices at the Skypark Business Center, the Gates project (a complete relocation into the H2O building in Hesperange), and the Indigo and E-santé projects. His approach is built on personalised client support, the mobilisation of trusted partners, and the alignment of all stakeholders around a shared goal: the successful delivery of each project and complete client satisfaction. Passionate about new technologies applied to design and space planning, Benjamin also enjoys travelling around the world.
